Here at Isrg KB for security reasons, the members associated with Isrg KB need to verify their identity by sharing any of the ID proof issued by the Government.
Accepted ID proof includes:
- PAN Card
- Voter ID Card
- Aadhar Card
- Student ID Card issued by University/School/College
- Driving License
- Passport etc.
IMPORTANT: Before uploading the proof of the identity, make sure that your name, photo and date of birth is clearly visible.
Guidelines for uploading the document:
- Hold the ID Proof in any of your hand and click the selfie as shown below (make sure the photo is not captured in mirror/inverted).
- Make sure your date of birth and name is clearly visible.
Your document will be used only for the verification purpose only, and it will be deleted from our server after review.
