In this article, we will discuss the NEET Entrance Exam. The full form of NEET is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET is an Entrance exam through which admission to prestigious colleges in the country. NEET is the country’s largest medical entrance exam for admission in various courses Like MBBS, BDS, and many medical courses. There will be no AIIMS and JIPMER exams from the year 2020, henceforth NEET will be the only entrance test for admission in medical colleges. It was being speculated for a long time that some implementations will be done in the medical entrance which has now been done. MHRD Government of India has established an agency NTA that aims to conduct entrance examinations for admission to various institutions in the country. What is NEET:-

If you want to become a doctor and you want to study in a reputed college in the country, then you have to go through a route called NEET. Being a doctor is not just to earn money, it is also a good way to do good for people. By cracking NEET, you can get admission to both government and some private medical colleges. At least 11-13 lakh students appear in NEET every year, which according to an estimate can reach 16 lakhs in the year 2020. On 28th April, our honorable Supreme Court ordered that for admission in the medical college, there will now be a single entrance NEET through which admission will be done in the medical colleges of the country.

Eligibility Criteria:-

To participate in the NEET Exam, candidates have to fulfill the following conditions:-

  • An Indian citizen or OCI holders can apply
  • NRIs and PIOs can also participate to take admission in medical colleges through NEET

Educational Qualification and qualifying marks required:-

To Participate in the NEET exam, candidates must have passed 12th from any recognized institutions. However, a qualifying percentage has been kept for NEET entrance which should be 50% in 12th for general and 40% for SC/ST /OBC. There is a separate eligibility percentage for Physically Handicapped, 45% for Physically Handicapped General, and 40% for Physically Handicapped SC/ST/OBC. NTA launched an app to make NEET AND JEE exam easier, which will help aspirants to analyze their papers. The special feature of this application is that children can give a through test series of this app and can also calculate the percentile by analyzing the questions attempted. This app has been named National Test Abhyas, which is intended to help the candidates preparing for NEET and JEE exam and it does not have to be 24 hours net, you can also use it in offline mode. The time duration of the test series in this app is of 3 hours, like 3 hours is given in exams, similarly, in this you will get an accurate 3 hours. After giving the test, you can analyze the questions you have attempted, as well as solutions to all the questions through this app, which will help you in the final exam.

Payment:-You can find the application fee set by NTA and you can pay through debit and credit card. You can also get Challan and submit it to the bank.
