Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a professional undergraduate programme. There are nearly 23 colleges affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)  for the B.Ed programme.

The minimum qualification required to take admission in B.Ed programme is at least undergraduate degree in any bachelor programme which includes Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), B.Tech or B.E. etc.

The IP University offers admission the basis of merit of entrance examination conducted by the IP University known as Common Entrance Test (CET). IP University conducts 3 rounds of Online Counselling based on the region, i.e. All India, Delhi Region and Outside Delhi which is further divided into caste/category based.
